I loved the look of this theme from the beginning, when I was looking for the "right" theme for my online store. The theme offers a lot of possibilities. When I was having trouble with the map implementation twice I got instant support from the team and was able to solve the problems in a short amount of time. Thumbs up!

They are impossible to get a hold of if you have any issues with the theme. I'm using Pipeline and the color swatches don't work. Zero support form the theme developer. I reached out 5 days ago.
We've used this theme for a while, but recently completed a much-needed theme version update. The new theme makes it so easy to edit the as a smaller team that doesn't have an in-house developer. With that said, I'm here to write a review because I've been so pleased with the assistance we received from the Pipeline support team (shout out to Mark). They have been incredibly helpful!
